Welding Labour, Preparation Labour and Assistants
Automated Welding production rates are based upon trained operators to be operating at 100%. Any reduction in skill level of operators will be detrimental to the production rate. The same applies to the skill level of the end preparation crew and line up crew. Lonestar Automated Welding provides welding staff and preparation staff that will not negatively affect desired production rates and are rewarded for obtaining production rates.
Assistants to the welders are provided to ensure the welders arc time is of a
maximum and the move times between welds are optimum. It is their role to also
ensure consumables, generators, etc are all in supply and good condition during
welders operation. |
