Automated Welding systems and associated automated weld preparation equipment are put into use to produce high quality welding at high production rates. Generators and manual welding equipment of required capacity are also supplied and available for general hire. The welding systems and preparation equipment are just as important as each other and both provide important roles. Automated Welding systems can be used without the use of pipe end preparation and line up equipment however man hours for end preparation and line up are increased. If high production is not essential it may result in the preparation equipment being disregarded and automated welding systems being reduced.
