Lonestar Automated Welding Australia commenced in July 2006. The intention will provide the Australian Pipeline Industry with an automated solution to our shortage of skilled tradesmen in peak times of production while also increasing accuracy of welds.
Skilled operators and technicians will be required to set up and maintain automated line up, provide preparation for each pass, and ensure procedural parameters are met. A minor amount of manual adjustment may be required during welding if robots pre-set parameters clash with unforeseen issues. Our company offers trained operators with welding systems to eliminate training costs and teething problems associated with new operators.
